Our Aims
We aim to foster the delivery of high care standards by:
- Sourcing and distributing funding to support training
- Offering information and advice to employers and staff
- Promoting health and social care as a pathway to a rewarding career
- Supporting and encouraging collaborative working within the sector
- Undertaking quality assurance surveys
- Collating information about training needs to feedback to trainers and funders
- Providing administrative support for care sector organisations including NICH, ARMC, NIDCG and SAICP
