2009 Price Uplift

NIC will soon be talking to Norfolk Adult Social Services (NASS) about next year's fee levels.  Whilst the economic climate is gloomy, NIC does need to represent your situation to NASS.  Every provider in Norfolk will receive a survey in mid-December, please do complete this and return it to John Sharples.  Download the survey form below:

CSCI

NIC is currently concerned that the level of service care providers receive from CSCI is decreasing whilst costs continue to rise.  Whilst the steering group will apply pressure where it can, it feels that the more pressure individual care providers can exert the better the case will be made.  If you are concerned, please write to your MP and anyone else you think needs to be aware of the problems.  NIC has drafted a letter for you to download and amend if necessary.

You can find a postal or email address for your MP via the Norfolk County Council website - www.norfolk.gov.uk - scroll down the screen and use the menu buttons on the left.
